Suggest a contract extension to an employee
Do you appreciate the work done by a player employed by your african reserve and would you like them to continue working for you?

As soon as his or her contract enters its final 10 days, you can offer an extension.

Simply choose the length of time for which you would like to extend it (between 1 and 15 days), and your suggestion will be sent directly to the employee.

You will then be informed whether or not they accept your offer of a contract extension.
Modify your african reserve's characteristics
At any time, you can modify the different characteristics of your african reserve to make it more attractive, increase its turnover, etc.

In particular, you can:
- set the price of the daily rate to board a animal at your reserve;
- set the minimum level that animals must have in order to register;
- set the maximum number of animals that your reserve can welcome;
- choose the different services that you wish to offer, as well as their rates;
- give yourself a salary as owner of the reserve, and customize the amount.

You can also change the name or avatar of your reserve at any time, as well as personalize the presentation text, just like on your player page.
The registration of animals in your reserve
As the owner of the african reserve, you can't decide upon the length of time for which animals of the savannah are signed-up. Each player, when registering their animal to your reserve, chooses the length of time for which they will entrust the animal to your care. They can choose between 3 and 20 days.

In any case, if your reserve is no longer able to guarantee certain vital services, your clients will be able to remove their animals without waiting until the end of their registration period.

You can find a table summarizing the end-dates of the registrations to your reserve on the page that lists all of the animals that you look after.

When a animal has left your club due to an expired registration, please don’t hesitate to contact his or her player in order to suggest re-registration.
Take care of the other players animals of the savannah
Your african reserve welcomes all of the animals of the savannah that other players have decided to entrust to it. It’s a big responsibility!

Hire different employees in order to offer the best service possible to your clients, and provide all of the items and equipment that you need in the shop.

The animals that your reserve looks after will, in this way, have access to new activities that are vital for advancing in the game.

Additionally, you and your reserve's employees will be able to carry out different actions with them.

The greater the attention focussed on the animals under your reserve's care, the better it is for its reputation and the satisfaction of your clients.
What are the rules for opening an african reserve?
You will find below complementary information about the established rules if you wish to open an african reserve:

Concerning the players:
- You must have the wildlife expert certificate;
- Opening an african reserve costs 0 premz' and 500 nuggetz';
- The manager of the african reserve can only receive his/her wage 30 days after the opening and every 7 days;
- When opening your african reserve you will get 20000 bills, a new independant currency to manage your african reserve.

Concerning the animals of the savannah:
- The registration time for a animal of the savannah is set at a minimum of 3 days and at a maximum of 20 days;
- The daily price of a registration is set freely by the manager between a minimum of 10 nuggetz' and a maximum of 200 nuggetz';
- The extension of a registration to an african reserve is set at a minimum of 3 days and at a maximum of 20 days.


As a manager, opening your own african reserve lets you:
- welcome all the animals of the savannah you wish;
- organize and manage savannah challenges;
- hire and manage a team of employees formed by players of the game.

As an employee within the african reserve you will be able:
- to earn a daily wage in nuggetz';
- to ask for an extension (between 3 and 20 days) when your contract ends;
- to play with the animals of the savannah of other players that are in the care of the reserve.
The different types of challenges
There are 6 different types of savannah challenges on Lionzer.
· Desert Race
· River Crossing
· Savannah Explorer
· King of the Savannah
· Imminent Danger
· Migration


Your african reserve can organize one challenge of each type, that is to say up to 6 challenges.
Opening your own african reserve
Opening an african reserve allows you to:
- look after animals that other players entrust to the care of your reserve;
- organize savannah challenges;
- recruit and manage a team of professionals: Savannah explorer, Safari guide...

Being the head of an african reserve gives you a certain status on Lionzer, but you still have to run your reserve to the best of your abilities in order to make it climb the rankings.
Organize savannah challenges
Your african reserve can organize different types of savannah challenges that let the animals compete against one another. They do not need to be part of your reserve to compete.

Participating in these challenges allows the animals to increase their level, and thus progress in the game.
This also allows their players to earn nuggetz'.

There are 6 categories of challenges:
· Certificate
· Class 1
· Class 2
· Class 3
· Champion
· Grand champion
Staff required for challenges
Savannah challenges organized by your african reserve can need the presence of certain types of employees in its staff.

If the necessary staff for one your reserve's challenges are not present, nobody will be able to participate in it.

Quickly recruit all of the required employees in order to end this suspension and to reactivate the challenge.
Suspend or reactivate a savannah challenge
If the necessary staff for a savannah challenge organized by your african reserve are not in place, this will lead to a suspension of the challenge.

However, you can also suspend one or more of your reserve's challenges yourself from the management page of the challenge in question.
No more animals will be able to register.

You can return to this page whenever you wish in order to reactivate the challenge.
Your wage as reserve owner
When your african reserve has been open and well-run for at least 30 days, you can choose to give yourself a wage as the owner.

You will collect this daily, exactly like your reserve's employees, and you will be able to alter or even suspend it at any time.

Your daily wage can't be more than 5% of the balance of bills of your reserve.
In general terms, make sure that the payment of your wage as owner does not compromise the financial health of your reserve.
The cost of opening an african reserve
The administration fees for opening an african reserve amount to  500.
However, members of the Lionzer Club receive a discount: they pay only  300.
The different tests in a challenge
When you create a savannah challenge, you must decide what events to include, in which participating animals of the savannah will compete against each other.

Each event has its own difficulty level. The overall difficulty of your challenge (and therefore its place) is simply a grand total the all the events' difficulty levels.

The harder the overall difficulty of your savannah challenge is, the higher the level must be for the animals who want to participate.

You can change the events in your challenge at any time. The place in the food chain will automatically update any changes.
The place of challenges
The place corresponds to a savannah challenge's difficulty level.

a challenge is made up of different events. Each event has its own level of difficulty. The total of all event difficulties in a challenge will give the overall difficulty of the challenge, and thus its place.

Only animals that have this place in this type of challenge will be able to participate. In other words, the more a place increases, the higher level the animals must have to register in it.
Create and manage a savannah challenge
You must first choose the type of challenge that you'd like to create, decide on how many animals will come face to face, decide if it will be open to all animals or only to Purebred animals, etc. Moreover, it is possible to create a challenge only open to a particular species.

In the next step, you must select the different events that will make up your challenge. Each one must have a certain level of difficulty.

All the characteristics of the challenge can be modified at anytime, as well as the events that are part of it.
The employees of your african reserve
To welcome animals of the savannah in the best possible conditions, your african reserve must hire employees.

These employees are either other players on Lionzer that you have recruited for a certain period of time, or external contractors.

There is no limit to how many employees your reserve can have.
The more employees you have, the easier it will be to get a good place in the rankings of the best african reserves.
Publish a job offer
You can publish one or multiple job offers to increase your african reserve staff and better take care of the animals in your care.

There is no limit to the number of job offers that you can publish.

Your job offer can be public (visible by everyone) or private (reserved for a specific player).

If it doesn't find any takers after 30 days, the offer will be automatically taken down and you will be informed of it.
How to recruit new employees faster
In order to hire employees for you reserve more quickly, make sure that you:
- offer an attractive salary;
- promote your job offers in the Replace or on your reserve's page;
- write to your reserve's clients: perhaps some of them are looking for a job.

You can also choose to send a private job offer directly to a specific player.
Welcoming a new employee to your reserve
Once a player has accepted one of your reserve's job offers, you will be informed via PM. This new employee will immediately join your reserve's staff and the offer will be deleted.

They will remain for the duration of time mentioned in your offer, and will collect the fixed daily wage promised.

Towards the end of the contract, they will be able to send you a request for an extension. You can also send them an offer to extend the contract yourself.
The african reserve shop
Just as there is a shop for players, there is a shop for african reserves.

The items and equipments found in the shop may be useful for your employees to take care of the animals that the reserve welcomes.
They may also be necessary in order to offer services to your clients.
Some could be necessary for certain savannah challenges that your reserve organizes.
Others could allow the animals who make up your reserve to see improvements while completing certain actions.

And finally, certain products can be resold to your clients, allowing you to have a greater or lesser profit margin that you fix yourself.
Recrute an external service provider
Your job offers aren't being filled and you have an urgent need for an employee in your african reserve?

Call in an external service provider!

When you want to recruit an employee in your club, you can either publish a job offer or call in an external service provider.

Hiring providers costs more, but they can be dismissed at any time.

Recruiting an external service provider does not require you to publish an offer and wait for it to be filled; all you have to do is choose the job that is needed and the provider is immediately added to your african reserve's staff.

There is no limit to the number of external service providers you can have in your african reserve's staff.
How to get bills for your reserve
The easiest way to acquire bills is to convert premz' into bills.
Exchanging premz' for bills
Different methods are offered to you to convert premz' into bills for your reserve.

You can repeat this action as often as you wish; there’s no limit to the number of bills that you can get in this way.
Your reserve's bills
Find on this page all of the activities that have lost or earned bills for your african reserve.
Bonuses for your african reserve
Just as there are bonuses for your animals and groupings, there are certain bonuses that are just for your african reserve.

For example, they can consist in exclusive equipment in order to offer the best care to the animals that have been entrusted to the reserve, to unlock certain actions for animals and reserve employees, to improve the impact of certain services, or even to completely personalize the way it looks.

To increase your african reserve's attractiveness, the bonuses allow you to draw in even more clients and employees, and thus advance your reserve in the rankings.

As with other bonuses, these are available in the Cave of Secrets and can be obtained in exchange for premz'.
The african reserves' currency: the bills
African reserves have their own money: the bills.

They let you manage your african reserve in the best possible way. Thanks to this currency, you will be able to properly take care of your clients, purchase items and equipment to develop your african reserve.

When you create your african reserve, you receive at the beginning 20000 bills to make your first investments. Then it's up to you to welcome as many animals of the savannah as possible to ensure regular income through registrations and other services provided in your african reserve.

The bills are totally independant from the nuggetz' belonging to the players. It is impossible to convert bills into nuggetz' or vice-versa.
Employees required for your reserve
Each player or external contractor employed by your african reserve practices a given profession.
He or she therefore has a particular task to do, and plays a useful – if not vital – role in the successful running of your reserve's activities.

Certain types of employees are therefore indispensable if you want to offer certain services.

The number of employees required for the successful functioning of your african reserve is indicated on the staff-management page of your reserve.
For some professions, the number of employees required is proportional to the number of animals that your reserve looks after.

Your african reserve's page
Your african reserve's page allows you to present and promote the reserve.

For example, you can highlight the different services that you offer and their advantages, mention some of the animals that are cared for, job offers etc.

Just like on your player page, it’s possible to include photos, animations, videos…

You can make changes to it at any time and as often as you wish.
Code of conduct for your reserve's page
The rules are the same as for your player page:
- don’t put too many large items (high-resolution images, animations, videos…);
- stick to the Lionzer code of conduct: no explicit, insulting or slanderous comments or content…

Just like for your player page, the consequences for not adhering to these rules can result in the closing of your account.
Write to the clients of your african reserve
At any time, you can send a Private Message to all of the players who have entrusted one or more animals to your african reserve.

Don’t hesitate to use this means of communication to win the loyalty of your clients and to bring your reserve to life!
